EXPANDING PERSPECTIVES
The air around us has changed. Have you noticed this? Subtle, electric, and changing from volatile to vulnerable. These are all part of the fermentation processes of this precession in the fields around us. Our auric fields become more tangible, more interactive with us and in so doing, we become more aware of the feelings that take us into polarities.
Recently so many are saying that they feel confused, doubtful, uneasy or that things just don’t work the same as they used to. We are also going through biological changes which manifest in undigested foods, increased headaches and back pain, an increase in mucus and fluids in the body as well as scrambled words, thoughts, and actions ( communication issues). Many of us are not being able to hear or decipher the other if the fields are not aligned – almost like a scrambled communication, tuning into a station and feeling that one is in a different time space to the other – sometimes even being in the same room one feels this dissonance. This is the direct consequence of change within the fields of our created manifestations. Sages and wise ones have been preparing us for this exact time space for years. Teaching us how to live more simply, in the moment and being present.
We are changing our reality with more speed now as the collective human consciousness moves away from the more structured control of the material world into the softer spaces of simplicity and mystery of spirit. We are urged to choose higher values, deeper heart felt connections and expanded perspectives in alignment to right relationship with ourselves, each other and earth – our home.
This configuration now asks us to intentionally place higher values on our interactions with each other as these waves of change roll in. If you are feeling uncomfortable, doubtful, or uneasy now is the time to renew your inner connections to your processes and perspectives about what you are engaging with, repeating, interacting and agreeing to. All these need to be adjusted to live more in alignment with softer flow and ease. After all if we are trusting the universe to deliver we must open to this by meeting this energy with the same or similar energy… what is not a match to your higher values must and will leave your energy fields…….this is universal law.
METTA PRAYER
May all beings be peaceful
May all beings be happy
May all beings be safe
May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature
May all beings be free
In the meantime, this Metta prayer may assist you in returning to peace and anchoring in your light – for this light is more precious than we could ever imagine. If you are finding yourself in situations you do not like clarity is needed as to how to change to align with what you do want to feel. If you feel stuck or in limbo and would like some support while anchoring new energies around these themes, I am open for one-on-one sessions online or in studio.
