And here we go again. Re-evaluating and moving forward. These are the continual cycles of life, our growth and ascension. Scenarios and feelings will surface to show us what to change so that we can embrace and embody higher levels of frequencies. This is a time of slowing down. When we move too fast and try to do things in this phase too quickly, rash decisions are made from knee jerk reactions, anger, and frustration. This sets off a series of entanglements that become messy and even physically draining leading to disturbances in the equilibrium of the whole being- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Another deep letting go. Egoic traits arise. Traumas of the past needs to be dealt with in order to make better decisions and painful pasts realized that they do not have to pave your future.  Cleaning up what now is conscious and revealing. It may be that one can now see clearly the situation of the past and deeper reveals from where the inner work needs direct focus.  Inner work is vital for clearing, embracing change and finding more freedom.

Resistance to change is huge in this trajectory alignment.  This alignment is assisting in starting a process of rooting into fertile ground.  If the old has been discordant, rotten, and unhealthy this is the time to look at moving to a space-within or outside- where the ground is more suitable for stronger sacred growth, sacred intentions and slowing down for now. We are moving into a period where the growth of our consciousness and spirituality will be in need of deliberate inner work, conscious alignment, and direct accountability for where we are rooting ourselves (agreements, contracts, and inner promises).

Old rooting systems may look like, victimizing, blaming, martyrdom, stubbornness, rescuing, guilt, shame, bullying, transferring of responsibility, resistance to inner work and impatience to name a few. If these arise take a step back- you may find you are going into the old places where you either unconsciously agreed with something/someone or even yourself, where the alignment is not matching your growth and improved higher integrity and value systems. Relationships are highlighted to begin to release the attachment to the expectations, resistance and appearing as deep trauma, pain, laced with sadness and grief to allow for acceptance, letting go and eventually freedom. Relationships with money, security, finance, and the people related and connected to these in general; relationships that are heart connected – personal and intimate – these are going to need readjusting to. It is the time to assess which grounding feels right for you. If you have not done a fair amount of pruning over the last 5-6 months, there is a possibility that a complete uprooting many serve you well. Feeling nourished and nurtured comes from within first. Expecting others or something outside yourself to fulfill this is going to land you in a messy situation. Finding root causes of these pains will assist in guiding one to this more fertile ground. Remember that healing takes time, patience and is in most cases where the heart is concerned painful.

On a timeline it may feel a little like the energy around November last year so the readiness for change is perfect. What happened in November is giving you the opportunity to reassess, maybe even strengthen your values that you had learned and the insights gained from that trajectory. This highlights the need to let go, re-adjust, and move on from something that no longer serves the greater good of all things along your sacred journey. The only way you will be certain is to go within, take time to be still and be in the sacred crystal heart of truth. 

CHOOSE THE GENTLE PATH

• Connect with beauty – sensual feelings – all senses.
• Use the supreme exercise of the wise- connect with your senses to bring you back to the moment
• What do you need?- what does the body need? Your body is the vital vehicle that needs continual upgrading. Make sure that it is done slowly and deliberately striving only for balance, inner peace and harmony.
• Move from the head to the heart. Let go of mental confusion or mental controlled re-looping
• The crystal sacred heart is growing in stature and is making space and time for you to increase your consciousness, this only happens in the stillness. Nurture and nourish this.
• Be careful of being over reactive, emotionally charged and ego driven in a resistant/volatile situation. Hold off on making major decisions or conversations that trigger you – usually associated with patterns and imprints from old energy lower consciousness
• Resistance vs resilience – choose your path carefully. What we resists persists.

Grounding The New Beginning

What an exciting time we are in! Where do you want to plant your roots? What soil are you planting in- is it fertile, is it allowing strength, does it align with your values?  Withstand the winds of change means flow with change – which direction are you moving into?  The splendid and most delightful part of this trajectory is that we are moving closer to being one with the highest part of our selves, living more as our higherself each time we follow through with love and peace. The key here is to slow down, take your time and flow more with loving intentions, care, gentleness, and compassion.

Spiritual housekeeping is a daily task. Consistency and care need to be our daily routines. The need to sit in quietude engaging with spirit to find and forge a new path of higher living is our purpose. Here you will find the path to least resistance and a new beginning, feeling into freedom even when the outer world is in turmoil. One thing is for certain, in all this change, the relationship you have with yourself is one of great importance, as this determines your next move away from or towards more freedom.
