Energy update- use the stillness to connect

Now is the time to trust the truth that arises. This is an interesting time we are now moving into. It appears we are going to be given many strands to work with in the next cycle of flow. Questions of truth and integrity will flow more and more into the spot light. Many of us are going to be looking at a vista that is very unfamiliar and others are still going to see the war zone/aftermath of the war. What these reveals to us is that we are presented with 3 things.

Discernment, authenticity, truth/lies – the facts thereof.

Those that have experienced the in-house fighting in family dynamics or businesses, social gatherings and companies or more personally themselves, will find these themes begin to take on a heaviness or reveal a revelation that we have not seen before or felt before. This means that we are in the process of reaching new levels of consciousness. We have been discussing the themes of blaming, victimizing and service to self for a very long time now. The most important questions here is 3-fold

What is the facts – devoid of emotional charge- bringing me closer to the truth?

What is my intention- to love or hurt or separate?

Whatever I am feeling or saying,  is it for the greater good of all concerned? Am I only serving self or the whole community with bringing all resources into alignment with balance and harmony?

Discernment is vital at this point. Where, what and who am I investing my time and resources with. Energies are going to be coming in waves where the rise and fall /ebb and flow will be your gauge. En-gauging is going to be the key here. Try new things maybe or do less and pull back. Consciously being present will assist when asking the vital questions and checking into the feelings that are coming up.

Behavior is something that will come up in the form of expressing and reacting within anger, frustration, and irritability. This can bring in confusion and chaos.  For those that are trying to do this on your own and are having a great deal of difficulty stilling yourself, I urge you seek guidance through this time as it can become counterproductive to force through with old worn our systems. Wisdom and insights will assist in opening your intuition and sense of deep inner knowing.  The more simplistic the better.

Anger is associated with the fire element and can assist in forging boundaries that will complement deeper truth when used for the greater good and service to the whole.  Fire burns away and purifies all old paradigms that need tweaking. Moving form injustices to liberation, these will be felt internally and externally, personally, collectively, and globally. It is a time to uncover the lies and deceptions that we have been led to believe true and embrace our inner true compass. What are you willing to stand and fight for? Authenticity is our true power.

People pleasing is an unauthentic behavior

Cleanse, heal and create a new path for the future. Even those that have been trying to keep the peace in inauthentic ways will find that they cannot avoid war, externally and internally. It is now, in these times that we uncover the most inverted programs of our genetic and distorted beliefs of our times. These have been steeped in our families and societies for generations.  Pleasing from a place of fear, addiction, for safety, unworthiness, and manipulation is going to bring up many questions around our relationships. These of which are being highlighted now as uncomfortable, not working anymore, or breaking down because of this in-authentic behavior. We become depleted of energy when we please in this way and we give unauthentic-ally to the other which is dishonoring to both parties.  Clearing up our boundaries and being brutally honest with ourselves are now in focus.  We are being forced through our collective consciousness to bring about higher and more authentic ways to interact with one another and deeper truth, trust, and alignment with service to oneness/unity is important. This is where we are being bought back into alignment.

Find stillness. Find inner peace. Check in with yourself regularly. Facts not fears. Take care until the next cycle of influx of light illuminates our path with more adventures and mystery.
