KNOW THY SELF

With each new beginning we get a chance to go deeper into ourselves, learning what we push up against and what we have released. There is so much mis-information in our world of which we have no idea how to navigate, becoming more confused by conflicting terms, ideas and rules. Trust is a very difficult virtue to harness and this is why knowing yourself well, allows for clear directed focus, truth, integrity, responsibility, and less misunderstandings. Trust your energy and know your boundary(lightbody) will give you more stability and a feeling of inner and outer security. It starts with inward focus.

We have all made decisions from places where we have placed our trust in others, were taken off guard, engaged in relationships that were bound to end up with betrayal (ignored red flags) and joined groups or ventures which would rob us of precious time. What has been revealed to me from a recent encounter is that there are many layers to our experiences and in terms of the wisdom that it yields, becomes more precious as the next. How exciting!!!

Whether we feel it is karmic, or resolving unfinished business, repeating the same patterns, it is still an adventure and an opportunity to learn deeply profound lessons to assist in the next adventure. We all have our own perceptions and feelings with regard for these painful experiences however it is through these experiences that I truly believe we can open to higher resonance and uncover deeper wisdom if we are willing to be still and allow the pearls to surface.

Meditation in stillness is key. It may be difficult in the beginning however I urge you to just bring yourself back to the breath. Focus on your breathing and the rise and fall of your chest, gently and easily. Kindness is your friend here.  Make no mistake that the judge or critic- ego dominance, will want to have full centre stage. If you find this happens often, take a deep breath in and gently focus on the rise and fall, ebb and flow, in and out of the breath. Practice, practice, practice. How are we ever going to learn the difference between the voice of God source and the voices that haunt us mind control and inverted learned patterns of behaviour? How do you know when God source is moving through you and with you? …..By the way you feel, clear and navigate through the chatter into the space of the heart of course.  

Taking time to be still in this next cycle (for about 2 weeks), will allow for a fuller picture. Meditation in stillness and breathing will assist. If you would like to know yourself better and find it difficult to meditate or be still you may want to learn how to dismantle the ego.
